In My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 8, titled League of Villains vs. U.A. Students, Yaoyorozu leads classes 1-A and 1-B as they set their trap for Gigantomachia. They get to Gigantomachia but they are blown away while trying to give him sedatives. Only Mina could get close enough to Gigantomachia but she remembered her encounter with him when she was in middle school, causing her to miss the shot. Gigantomachia almost crushes Mina but Kirishima saves the day by saving Mina and throwing the sedative into the mouth of the villain. Meanwhile, the Pro Heroes are back in the battle and everyone is shocked to see Gigantomachia transform back into his body. In Jaku City, Shigaraki points out that the heroes leave their own families to fight for others, which leads to another problem in society. Gran Torino is heavily injured at this point, and Shigaraki goes after Eraser Head, but Deku and Ryukyu intervene to stop the villain. However, Shigaraki has the Quirk-Destroying Bullet so he uses his fingers to point it toward Eraser Head, resulting in the latter getting shot in the leg.
