Bafflingly enough, a fan-favorite actor is reportedly not crossing over to the MCU. According to a scoop from Giant Freakin Robot, Luke Cage actor Mike Colter is “almost certainly” not going to be a part of the billion-dollar franchise. Per the outlet’s source, Kevin Feige is allegedly not interested in casting the actor despite his popularity. Personally, I don’t believe it because Colter has generated his own following as Luke Cage and it would be criminal on the studio’s part to not give him a shot at playing the character in the MCU.
