Last week, WB Discovery began announcing its future slate of projects which we’d like to assume is part of its 10-year plan to restore the DC film franchise. One of the projects said to be in development is a Man of Steel sequel with the studio reportedly determined to woo Henry Cavill into returning as Superman.SPOILER ALERT: If you haven’t seen Black Adam yet, now’s the time to skip this article.Black Adam’s mid-credits scene features the triumphant return of Henry as the Man of Steel which has been rumored for quite some time now. Naturally, this gave fans renewed hope that the British star will finally be making his full-time comeback to the franchise. However, it looks like Cavill’s cameo isn’t exactly a guarantee that he’ll stick around.
