Now that it’s crystal clear that Black Adam has no place in the franchise Gunn and Safran are re-establishing, a lot of people are convinced that he should seek out new opportunities elsewhere. In fact, most fans believe that it’s only a matter of time before Dwayne becomes Marvel-bound.On Twitter, the multi-time WWE champion paid tribute to the one and only Stan Lee whom he considers his “mentor” on what would have been his 100th birthday. Naturally, it sparked speculation that he’s already planting the seeds for his eventual jump to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He wrote: “Happy Heavenly Birthday to an old friend and mentor @TheRealStanLee. As I broke into Hollywood many years ago, he was always so supportive and encouraging which blew me away. His kindness really moved me. Years later I got to say thank you”.
