For now, it has not yet been revealed whether Sebastian Amoruso will be a guest star or a recurring character. However, fans are hoping that Jet will appear in multiple episodes of the first season.

In the original animated series, Jet was the teenage leader of a group of refugee Earth Kingdom children who called themselves the Freedom Fighters. Jet had witnessed the death of his parents at the hands of the Fire Nation soldiers and promised to exact his revenge. He would eventually become a hook sword-wielding vigilante who endangered the residents of a small Fire Nation-occupied Earth Kingdom town. Despite his misguided mission and reckless ways, Jet became one of the fan-favorite characters of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Needless to say, people are already looking forward to Sebastian Amoruso’s version of the character in the Netflix show. The live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender series will also star Gordon Cormier as Aang, Dallas Liu as Zuko, Kiawentiio Tarbell as Katara, Ian Ousley as Sokka, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Uncle Iroh, and Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai. They will be joined by Maria Zhang as Suki, Yvonne Chapman as Kyoshi, Casey Camp-Horinek as Kanna and Tamlyn Tomita as Yukari, a completely new character. The new series has not yet been given an official release date. However, production has just wrapped and we could be getting news soon. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
