Director Lee JQ To Lead Daily Dose of Sunshine
Korea JoongAng Daily quoted Netflix Korea’s Thursday announcement about Lee JQ’s role in the upcoming Netflix original series. Daily Dose of Sunshine is an upcoming Netflix flick based on a Kakao Webtoon of the same title that was created by Lee Ra Ha. The cartoonist is a former nurse who used her former occupation to create the story. The flick explores the life of a nurse named Jung Da Eun and the patients she meets who have several issues in life. Actor Yeon Woo Jin scored proctologist Dong Go Eun’s role, while Jang Dong Yoon is Song Yoo Chan, Jung Da Eun’s best friend. Meanwhile, Lee Jung Eun will play the ward’s veteran chief nurse Song Hyo Shin’s character. Aside from director Lee JQ, writers Lee Nam Gyu, Oh Bo Hyun and Kim Da Hee will write the script. All of Us Are Dead local production company, Film Monster, will also work on the upcoming show.
All of Us Are Dead Latest Update
While Lee JQ will start working on the new Netflix original series, All of Us Are Dead will soon begin its production following its season 2 announcement on June 6 during the Netflix Geeked Week. The streaming giant also released a video of the series’ cast members, disclosing the upcoming All of Us are Dead Season 2. “If Season 1 was a survival period for humans, there is a sense of humour, but Season 2 feels like it will be a survival period for zombies,” the director said. It already began the pre-production process on July 13, but it remains unknown when it is expected to be released.
